What a special day. Joseph was baptized on August first. The program went well. Lisa, Bethelle, Stacy, Rachel and I sang a song that Grandpa wrote. It was called Joseph's song. Grandma Karan price gave a wonderful talk about baptism. She showed a ten foot rope. Joey held one end and Joseph held the other. She said baptism is a covenant we make with Heavenly Father. Then Joey pulled him in and then gave him a hug. God is on the other end and will never let go. After the baptism, we had a picnic lunch over at the pavillion church. Grandpa Joe Price barbecued hamburgers, and I made several different salads. The kids played in the volleyball sandpit with sand toys. It was really nice to visit with everyone.
