Monster Truck Show
During the few weeks leading up to his birthday, Jeffrey had been praying to be able to go to a monster truck show. It turned out there was a monster truck show show the day after his birthday up in Salt Lake. The show was pretty loud and the boys enjoyed cheering on their favorite trucks: Monster Mutt, Monster Tracker, and Gravedigger (who flipped over). The boys loved the motorcycles that soared off a huge ramp and flew 75 feet through the air (doing flips along through the air).

I can't imagine a more exciting thing for a 3 year old boy to experience. A few years ago we were visiting Robert and Danelle and Robert had a picnic at work (Freightliner) and invited us to come. They had a monster truck there and were giving rides to everyone. Devon was about 2 1/2 at the time and would not let us eat or do anything until we got a truck ride. Let me tell you, even in a parking lot and seat belted in, it was a crazy scary time! We loved it and have some great pictures to keep the memories!

Remember me?! I just saw your blog off of my old friend's who happens to have gone to school with Dusty. What a small world. It's fun to see how cute your kids are and how grown up they are! It doesn't seem that long ago that we were up there visiting for your wedding. Wow. Jared's done with dental school and we're in SD now so if you ever come down to visit Brandon, maybe we'll see you.
