I absolutely love eating fresh veggies from our garden. The kids love picking them too. My favorite is cucumber salad with onions and tomatoes. I never would eat it when Dad made it growing up, but now it is great. Steamed zucchini and squash melts like butter in my mouth.

It's funny how those things as kids seemed so weird, and now they are such a delicacy :o)
